Our tooling factories located in and around Shanghai, Ningbo, Nanjing and Shenzhen. Having a choice of joint venture and independent tool makers, with differing capabilities allows us to present options to our clients with regards to price, quality and business sector experience.
China Trade have their own project managers in China available to supervise and manage clients projects.
We ensure that all of our factories hold ISO9001 and have been audited by China Trade to ensure they meet the exacting international standards that our clients expect. We ensure that all the factories we use focus on high quality customer service and investment in modern technology. They all use mainstream international software formats (CAT IA, PRO-E, UG, Solidworks, Power Mill). Well engineered tools are manufactured to the EU standards using European and Japanese high speed machine tools, EDM, Wire Cutting, & CNC Machines. All tools are tested and capability studies undertaken as standard.
Our factories employ a combined total of 4000 staff and turnover in excess of £10,000,000 per annum. Business sector experience includes automotive, aerospace, medical, white goods, electronics, telecoms, audio/visual. Clients to whom our factories manufacture include Mercedes Benz, Bentley, Toyota, Nissan, Honda, BMW, VW, Boeing, Cessna, Samsung, Sanyo, and the Home Office
