Fabrication
China Trade have a joint venture with their own Metal Fabrication factory based near to Nanjing. Our factory employs over 350 staff, with a turnover in excess of £5,000,000 and manufactures small assemblies to large scale fabrications.We also sub contract to two other factories in the Ningbo region. This network of suppliers presents our clients with options to price, quality and business sector experience, to provide the lowest overall cost.
Our factories have documented quality control systems; certified to ISO9001. All are audited directly by China Trade staff to ensure that they meet the exacting international standards that our clients expect. This is monitored regularly, motivated to continuous improvement.
Our associate factories employ a combined total of 5,000 staff, with a turnover of more than £10,000,000 per year. Business sector experience includes automotive, aerospace, electronics, manufacturing machinery, oil and gas exploration, and OEM. Current contracts include Boeing, Cessna, Rolls Royce, Hamworthy Combustion and Girardin.
Our capabilities include laser cutting, punching, stamping, bending, shaping, welding and assembly. We have experience in working most metals, including stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminium and copper.
